Please register under one of the following events (A–C). An individual participant may register for more than one event, but registration on behalf of multiple participants is not permitted.

Related Events (D–H)
Participation in Related Events (D–H) is available only to participants registered under “C. IPS 2026 Conference in Fukuoka”.
Participants registered under Category C will receive a separate email with instructions and a link to the application website (Peatix).
The application deadline for Related Events D–H is May 29, 2026.

Registration fees
The registration fees below include consumption tax (10%).
For details on what is included in the registration fees, please refer to the information provided below each fee category.
To reduce food waste and ensure fairness for all participants, lunch and light meal (evening) must be pre-ordered and purchased in advance.
Registration fee of “C : IPS 2026 Conference in FUKUOKA“ includes light meal for the Happy Hour on June 25, Thursday.
◎ Member, Non Member and Sponsor Categories
- Registration at the IPS member rate requires that participants be registered as IPS members no later than 30 days prior (May 17, 2026) to the start of the conference (June 18, 2026).
- If a non-member registers at the IPS member rate, the difference in fees will be charged accordingly.
- In the case of Institutional IPS membership, up to three (3) participants per institution may register at the member rate.
- Exhibitors and sponsors are requested to register any participants exceeding the number specified in their respective incentive packages at the sponsor registration rate.
- Please refer to the details in the Sponsorship Guideline.
◎ Other Categories
- Students: Individuals aged 19 or older who are currently enrolled in a university, college, or vocational school. Submission of a valid student ID is required.
- Under 18 Years of Age (registration required): Individuals currently enrolled in a secondary education institution, such as a high school. Submission of a valid student ID is required.
- 12 Years of Age or Younger (name registration only): Registration of an accompanying adult participant is mandatory. Please register the child’s name as an accompanying person of the registered participant.
- Recipients of Stipends: Individuals reviewed by IPS Finance Committee and IPS International Development Committee and approved by the IPS Officers.
- The details of Recipients of Stipends can be referred to IPS website.
Applications for the IPS Conference Stipend will be accepted until February 20, 2026.
Ａ. Fulldome Festival
June 18, 2026（Thu) – June 19, 2026（Fri)
The registration fee includes the Full Dome Festival program and coffee breaks.
Lunch on June 18–19 and light meal in the evening on June 18 are available by pre-order only.
There are many restaurants near the venue. An eating space will also be provided inside the venue (Fukuoka City Science Museum).

The registration fee includes the conference program, congress kit, coffee breaks, and light meal for the Happy Hour on June 25 (Thu). Lunch and evening meals are not provided on June 22–23; please make your own arrangements.

E. Welcome Gathering

After the Kagura performance and experience at Ohori Park Noh Theatre, light refreshments will be served at another venue. Participation may not be possible for those joining the pre-conference tour due to traffic conditions.
Please note that the content and other details may be subject to change at the discretion of the LOC Secretariat due to unavoidable circumstances.
F. Networking Dinner

How to Join IPS
IPS member fees were revised effective December 8, 2025.
Registration at the IPS member rate requires that participants be registered as IPS members no later than 30 days prior (May 17, 2026) to the start of the conference (June 18, 2026).
Payment
Select a payment method either by credit card or bank transfer.
◎Credit-card Payment
Various cards such as Visa, MaserCard, JCB, AMEX and Diners are accepted for payment. Credit card payment will be processed through ROBOT PAYMENT Inc.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Credit card payments are limited to two transactions per registered individual.
- After paying the registration fee (A-C) by credit card, you may order and pay for lunch at a later date. In this case, credit card payment is limited to one additional transaction. Please ensure you review your application details before proceeding with your payment.
- After registering and paying for the registration fee plus lunch in a single credit card transaction, you may order additional lunch. In this case, only one additional credit card payment is permitted.
◎Bank Transfer
Bank transfer payments should be made to the account specified in the registration confirmation email or on the registration site.
*Please ensure that the full amount is transferred without any deductions for bank charges. For overseas transfers, please note that bank fees may be charged by both the sending bank and the receiving bank in Japan.
Invoices and receipts can be downloaded from the login page of the registration site.
Cancellation of Registration
Registration cancellations must be made through the registration site during the registration period.
Please note that, in principle, cancellations are not accepted once the registration fee has been paid, even if the registration period is still open.

The following refund handling fees will apply:
- Until April 30, 2026: JPY 5,000
- From May 1, 2026 onward: 50% of the registration fee”
